important things to remember about us
1. None of the Characters will speak out loud.
2. We speak with our motions and our hands. So make sure you are watching closely.
3.Please be aware the viability is very restricted in the costume so that mascot may need pointed in the right direction.
Especially on arrival so the mascot knows who the birthday guest is.
4. Please Understand IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON BOOKING THE MASCOT APPEARANCE TO PLEASE MAKE SURE CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED AROUND THE MASCOT AT ALL TIMES.
5. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EVEN THOUGH THE MASCOT LOOKS LIKE YOUR CHILD'S FAVORITE CHARACTER THERE IS A REAL PERSON UNDER THERE SO
6. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE CHILDREN BE ROUGH WITH THEM.
7. If any child is too rough with a mascot or hurts them you will notice the mascot wave a NO signal and moves away from child.
8. Your Character will hand all gifts to birthday child to be opened. (Character Might throw wrapping paper around room to make everyone laugh if you wouldn't mind at this time.)
9. Depending on which party you order we can also play games if there is time left

- Hot Potatoes
- Egg Race
- Give Stick and spinning the children for the Pinata
10. Special Request games are welcomed. (Please, Just remember we can't talk!)

12. There is a $25 dollars booking fee required of all hire events .
13. I accept pay-pal , cash or money order by mail. This amount is non refundable if you need to cancel.

16. The day of the event remainder of the money will be due before mascot does entrance to the party.
17. Most event will need to be booked 21 days in advance.
18. If you do not see a mascot that we have in stock you like, Please check on links on ones we can order for your event. Contact us we can have one made just for your party at no extra charge to you. This does require at least a 30 day advance notice to have it made in time.
19. Sorry, No credit cards accept at this time for payment unless you pay through Paypal.
20. If you do need to cancel your event, You may do so by emailing us at AmysMascotsRental@Gmail.com within 72 hours of the arrival date and time.
21. If in the event we can not provide to you what you have rented all money will be refunded.
